You must immediately notify pyp805 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. pyp805 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security. We recommend enabling all available security features and using a strong, unique password.
pyp805 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though daily and monthly limits may apply based on your payment provider's policies. You may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in your Account settings.
Most bank transfers are processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00 - 16:00 WIB Monday to Friday). E-wallet deposits are typically instant. Deposits made outside banking hours may be processed on the next business day. pyp805 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
You represent and warrant that all Funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds from illegal activities. pyp805 reserves the right to investigate the source of Funds and may suspend or terminate Accounts if we suspect money laundering or other illegal activity.
You may request a withdrawal of available Funds from your Account at any time, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account registered in your name during Account verification. pyp805 does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier status and may range from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for Platinum VIP members upon request.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified Accounts. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours. Once approved, Funds are transferred to your registered bank account, typically arriving within 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x depending on the Bonus type. You must complete all wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
pyp805 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request or delay processing if: (a) your Account has not been fully verified; (b) we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms; (c) outstanding wagering requirements have not been met; (d) the requested amount exceeds available Funds; or (e) there is a dispute or investigation pending regarding your Account activity.
Anti-Money Laundering: To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager deposited Funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement does not apply to Bonus Funds, which have separate wagering requirements.
Same-Method Withdrawals: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. This policy helps prevent fraud and ensures Funds are returned to the legitimate account holder.
pyp805 offers various Bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. Not all Users may be eligible for all Bonuses. pyp805 reserves the right to exclude Users from promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of Bonus abuse.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before Bonus Funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods are specified in each Bonus offer. Violating any Bonus term will result in immediate forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
pyp805 has zero tolerance for Bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other Users, exploiting software errors, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements (such as low-risk hedging strategies), and any other activity that pyp805 deems to constitute unfair advantage or abuse of promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in Bonus abuse will be immediately closed, and all Funds and Bonuses forfeited.

pyp805's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of Funds you deposited into your Account during the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
pyp805 is not responsible for: (a) errors or interruptions in service caused by internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or force majeure events; (b) unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; (c) losses resulting from your violation of these Terms; or (d) technical malfunctions or errors in third-party games provided by game providers.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, with the arbitrator's fees split equally between the parties.
You agree to waive any right to bring claims in a court of law or to participate in class action lawsuits against pyp805. This arbitration agreement does not prevent you from reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of pyp805 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Funds in your Account, subject to completion of all wagering requirements and verification procedures. Any active Bonuses will be forfeited upon Account closure.
pyp805 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination for cause, all Funds and Bonuses in your Account may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from creating new Accounts on the pyp805 platform.
